🎟️ How to Redeem Your Ticket
- Download the ticket from your email.
- Present it at the counter for scanning.
- You’ll receive a wristband, which grants you entry to all zones.
⚠️ Important Information
- Transfers available only from centrally located Dubai hotels (Deira, Bur Dubai, SZR, Marina).
- Queue lines close 30 minutes before park closing time.
- Children below 1.05m enter FREE (no ticket required).
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
- Smoking and drinking inside the park and transfer vehicles are strictly prohibited.
- Wheelchairs available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult during the visit.
